Ohio updates graduation requirements, pays for ACT, SAT
Incoming high-school freshmen in Ohio will be able to take the ACT or SAT for free during their junior year under a new state program. The state also is ending its current graduation test, requiring incoming freshmen instead to take end-of-course exams over four years of high school to qualify for graduation.
