150 Tenn. educators train to become local leaders in STEM
The Tennessee STEM Leadership Academy, taking place in Nashville, includes about 150 teachers and administrators who will learn how to expand STEM studies in the classroom and in their schools. Rebecca Sneed, a seventh-grade science teacher who attended the academy last year, said she gained ideas for STEM projects that she later used with students, such as building rockets and windmills.
